Reports

Upon arrival, check in on the VelogicTech app and post "on site" in the WhatsApp chat. Prioritize speaking with DSPs about your asset list, key acquisition, and key return locations. After retrieving initial keys, send an SOD email to your night-time coordinator, cc'ing the Nighttime Coordinator, reports@nomadtechinstalls.com, warranty@nomadtechinstalls.com and reports, and AMZService Group. Include the number of keys receivedany unavailable assets, and information on keys becoming available later. Send updates whenever you receive additional keys, ideally by 9pm, and attempt to retrieve them every 30 minutes thereafter. Document any reasons for not retrieving keys in your SOD updates. Aim to have all SODs sent by 10pm. 

Make a COPY of the sheet and paste it into a new sheet you've created. The sheet should be named as such:

"MM/DD/YYYY". Fill-out the top portion with your name, date, site name and work-order number.

Before leaving the site, send your EOD email to your night-time coordinator, cc'ing the AMZSERVICE group, warranty@nomadtechinstalls.com, and reports@nomadtechinstalls.com. Provide a detailed overview of your night, including the total keys received, assets completed, the status of incomplete vehicles with reasons, any delays, and details about key drop locations. 

             * Key Return: Include photos of returned key locations in the email and text each DSP photos of their key location with details.
